Thank you for supporting JL Creations and Designs. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.Â
1. Processing Time
All items are handmade to order unless stated otherwise. Standard processing time is 2 weeks, depending on the items and seasonal demand.Â
During busy periods (Christmas, Easter, school holidays season), processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, you will be notified.Â
2. Ready -Made ItemsÂ
Some products listed on our website are ready-made and in stock. These items are prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.Â
If your order includes both ready-made and custom-made items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are completed, unless separate shipping has been arranged.Â
3. Shipping LocationsÂ
We currently ship Australis-wide
* Local pickup from Point Cook, VIC is available by arrangement.Â
* International shipping may be available upon request (additional fees apply).
4. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather, or carrier delays.Â
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:Â
Standard Post: 3-8 business days
Express Post: 1-3 business daysÂ
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.Â
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.Â
Express post is available for an additional fee.Â
Local pickup (Point Cook) is free.Â
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged ParcelsÂ
Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post or a courier, JL Creations and Designs is not responsible for:Â
Delivery delays
Lost parcels
Stolen parcels
Damage caused during transit
If an issue occurs, we will assist you where possible, but you may be required to lodge an enquiry directly with the carrier.Â
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering.
JL Creations and Designs is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect address due to customer error.Â
Re-shipping fees will apply if an order is returned and needs to be resent.Â
8. Pre-Orders & Custom OrdersÂ
Items purchased as pre-orders or custom orders may have longer processing times. These timeframes will be communicated before purchase.Â
9. Combined OrdersÂ
If multiple orders are placed separately, they will be shipped separately unless you contact us to combine them.Â
Combined shipping may reduce postage costs, but this cannot be guaranteed.Â
10. Local Pickup (Point Cook, VIC)Â
Local pickup is available by appointment only. You will receive instructions via email or message once your order is ready.Â
Orders must be collected within 10 days unless arranged otherwise.Â
