JL Creations and Designs - Terms of Service

Welcome to JL Creations and Designs. By placing an order, accessing our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 

1. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All items from JL Creations and Designs are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, fabric place, size, and pattern alignment may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the unique characters of handmade products. 

2. Custom Orders 

Custom orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. 

Turnaround times will be advised at the time of ordering. Delays may occur during peak seasons' if so, you will be notified. 

3. Pricing & Payment 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice.

JL Creations and Designs is not responsible for pricing errors due to website glitches or technical issues. 

Payments must be received before orders are processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guarantees.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post or another courier, JL Creations and Designs is not responsible for delays, damaged parcels or lost items. 

Tracking details will be provided for all shipped orders. 

Local pickup (Point Cook/ Victoria) is available by arrangement. 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

Due to the nature of handmade products, JL creations and Designs does not accept change-of-mind returns. 

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if: 

* The item is faulty due to workmanship, and 

* You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and 

* You provide clear photos of the fault.

Faulty items must be returned for assessment before a refund or replacement is issued. 

We do not offer refunds for: 

* Incorrect choice

* Wear and tear

* Damage caused by misuse

Variations in pattern placement, fabric differences, or minor imperfections typical of handmade products.

6. Safety & Use of Products

Some products- such as bibs, teethers, accessories, keyrings and items with small parts- may pose risks if not used appropriately. 

By purchasing, you agree that: 

* Adult supervision is required for children's items.

* You will follow any care or safety instructions provided. 

* JL Creations and Designs is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from misuse. 

7. Care Instructions 

Care instructions are provided with relevant products. 

Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage, for which JL Creations and Designs is not responsible. 

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided (name, email, address, etc.) is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
